"His staff is terrible! My husband had discharge orders from Mercy hospital to be seen by Dr. Rafique. I called next day out of hospital and was told they would call me back to set up appointment. I never heard from them so I called Friday and left a message on the nurse line. I never heard back. I called Monday and nobody has a clue! Sad!"
