"My sister goes to this office and while she likes the doctor she runs into a problem when she has to call the office to reschedule, she calls repeatedly always gets an answering machine she leaves a message and never gets a call back! Last week she complained to the main switchboard woman about not getting a call back and that woman had to contact the doctors receptionist herself and then connected my sister so that she could schedule her appointment. That is unacceptable!"

"Office staff is constantly confused. I have had to wait over an hour to see Dr.Petrus and the appointment was made 2 months ahead. I never did see him that day I had to reschedule. I dont feel they are prepared for appointments. They dont remember what you talked about at your last visit or he has not reviewed test results before you arive for your appointment. They overbook that seems like a $ maker instead of good care . If you do see someone it is a very short visit. I ask for specific tests and find later they were not done. Example a kidney function blood test that my kidney doctor wants done every appointment. Constantly have computer issues! Overall many employees do not seem to know their job. Not confident I am getting good care. I usually have to point out what needs to be done or it doesn't get done. I am afraid to switch because they should know about my history!"
