"I totally agree with Rebecca I took my dog in there and he came out with no bath ears was not cleaned and little bit of trimming on the nails but not enough. And his body was the only thing that was brushed out. His lags was not brushed at all."

"I must give some kind of review. Because you are a business owner like myself, this in no way is meant to be negative, and I hope you take this as me helping another business owner. But when I brought my little Abby Mae in, I was unsure of what was going on, I did not see any signs on pricing, or what you get for Bath, Trim, Nails, Ear cleaning Etc. I was so confused when I walked in, it was a room with a desk. Okay I get it, your just opening. When I seen the word Spa on the outside, I thought this going to be great!!! It was not what I expected, so ok lets see what happens, you asked me how I wanted her cut, but nothing else, asked for the shot records Great!! I leave my dog with uneasiness. After the call to come get her, I get there and my dog has been trimmed but not bathed. Okay well I didn't specifically say bath her, maybe that was not included, I paid my $40.00 and gave a $5.00 tip. get to the car and read my receipt it said (Bathed with nail trim and comb out). I'm confused, I have a white dog I can tell when she need a bath, and I can tell when she hasn't had a bath. My dog sat in a cage for 4 1/2 hours for leg trim, and powder in the ears, and a nail trim, she didn't look any different than when I brought her in. Please take some advice, these are our babies. Put up some pricing so we know what to pick (such as packages). Make the lobby inviting, show us around, see where the grooming area is where are they go to the potty? Are they getting water? What kind of shampoos and conditioners, are you using? Do you have a licenses or self trained, which is fine I'm self trained, because of the cost I trained myself on You Tube. But I'm a business owner I don't have time to bath and groom my dog. To me I don't feel Abby got the Spa treatment. I have The Spa Picture, and after I had bathed her picture."
