"You shouldn't be telling people you can refill their prescription on a specific day if your not for sure you can refill it , I have been fighting off panic attacks for a week and needed my anxiety meds they told me earlier in the week in could refill on Saturday and then they told me on Saturday they could refill it and go to window to pick up my meds and then they tell me I can't refill it ! I was so excited just to be able to calm down for 30hrs I have off before I have to go back to working more ridiculous hours. Don't tell anyone you can refill something if you can't it's awful !!!"
