"I had a great experience with Tanya who was recommended by a friend, she picked up my dog and carried her in from the parking lot since it was her first time there and she was nervous, I received a text that she was ready for pick up and was happy with the results; Tanya gave her a very cute haircut/sanitary cut, nicely trimmed nails etc and my dog was all smiles."
"I will never bring my pup back to the grooming station. They did a terrible job and completely buzzed my dog. He was not matted whatsoever. They asked me details about grooming and didn’t do anything I asked. It’s very disappointing, especially how much they charge for appointments!! I asked if they could take money off of the bill and they said no. I said, “fine I’ll leave a review.” The groomer said, “fine, I’ll tell everyone your dog was matted.” Again he was not matted anywhere. Very unhappy with their customer service."
"I've been coming here for almost a year. The past week I've been calling every day/ every other day to book an appointment. I call this morning and finally got someone. I asked the gal if they had been closed or something that I have called numerous times and left messages and her response was "I don't know!" U work there you should know something. My stylist is booked she said. I asked if someone else could take me she cut me off quickly and said they were pretty well booked. I said can u call if u have a cancelation she said she will try, but wasn't confident nor happy to even give me that response. I said ok thank u and she quickly hung up. The fact I've been calling and leaving messages for the past week with no returned calls and then to have an attitude with me as I'm trying to work something out just is not appropriate. If she hates her job, she needs a new one! If she had a rough weekend, she should have stayed home. I just don't get this younger generation. No customers service nor assistance at all! Now I have to find a new place to take my Lillie. Such a hassle."
"I just want to say how wonderful this place is. I like reading Google reviews before I go places, the Google reviews definitely did not match my positive experience either time I went with my long haired dog that needed a lot of special attention. The groomer, Dex, is a dog whisperer btw. My dog really trusts them. I was afraid I'd have to shave my dog but they took the time to get out the knots and help me with his skin probs and a lot of good detail on the ears and around the face. Flawless cut. They also were nice enough to let me come back for rinsing off his feet and blow drying it after a muddy walk so my puppy has less knots then if I did this myself. Also, my old neighbor in Streetsboro said this is the best place to have nails cut properly and they were always done right for the past many years she's taken all 3 of her dogs. She says they always have quality groomers."
"DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! On Saturday approximately 1.5 hrs after dropping my two Shih Tzus, Teddy (7 years) and Mimi (8 years) off at the groomers I receive a call from them informing me of an emergency. They told me that Teddy had a seizure and was not breathing, blood was coming from his nose, his eyes rolled back, and his tongue was purple. The vet confidently told me that he DID NOT have a seizure and to this day, The Grooming Station has not been able to tell me what happened to Teddy. Their story keeps changing. They failed to take responsibility for this incident as the owner had the nerve to say that there was a problem with Teddy to begin with. Little did he know that Teddy has been going to the same vet since he was 8 wks old. He has a brother and sister that goes to the same vet as well. He is a very healthy and well cared for Shih Tzu. The blood work came back and the Vet did not see any signs of a seizure or any reason to expect one. The Grooming Station also lied and told me nothing like this has ever happened before when it did. I took my dogs here to be pampered, not to almost loose his life."
