"The best cvs all around The staff and pharmacist are very helpful And pleasant thank you"
"This pharmacy is always busy. The drive thru line is long, the phone rings, and they may be understaffed. But with my patience, service is good and friendly."
"The staff at this CVS are some of the rudest, most condescending pharmacy workers we have ever encountered. The one man (was told his name is Many) is the worst. He talks down to you, and does not listen to what you say. He does not offer solutions, rather only says what he cannot do for you to fill your prescription. The one woman there (was told her name was Pradjeet) is also very rude. When I asked her for her name telling her we were going to complain over the experience today, she would not offer it. She said go ahead and complain. I had to ask another employee in the store her name. The situation is this - my wife's Dr sent a new RX there to be filled. She received a call that it was ready. We stopped there this morning at 8am - the pharmacy now does not open until 9am. So my wife went back about 11:15 am, only to be rudely told by Many to go sit down and wait (this is not normal there). He then tells her that there is a problem with her insurance, and that she needed to call them (there is a number on her card for the pharmacy to call the insurance if any questions). He was so condescending, she got upset and went to the car to call. They said there was some issue and would be resolved. Then CVS called her again and said the RX was ready. Just to be sure I called back, and this same man said it was ready. I told him how rudely my wife was treated there, and he said he was not rude to her, he just told her she needed to call her insurance. So I went to get it, and there was a long line all the way down the isle of the store. I waited probably 15 to 20 minutes, and then get up there, and the clerk went and consulted with Prajeet, who said they could not give me the RX due to insurance. My wife has picked up prescriptions there before, and we don't know what the issue is, but she needs the medication. So then we called the insurance again, and they said they are still working on it, but that the CVS should have offered to sell it at the out of pocket price (that should have happened in the morning). I rushed back to the CVS to get there before they closed at 8pm. We tried calling the CVS pharmacy about 7pm and were on hold 30 minutes and they never answered. While driving, I called the main store number and spoke to Mel. She understood the situation and said she would intervene so I could get the medication at out-of-pocket price and get reimbursed later when the system glitch was resolved. This is blood pressure medication, so we really did not want to wait another day just because employees are not properly trained and don't understand that they can sell the prescription at the out-of-pocket price. So 4 trips to the store, several rude employees, and one (Mel) who knew how to handle the situation, and she does not even work in the pharmacy. This is not the first time we have had a horrible experience at this CVS. Our friends all say they have had horrible experiences here too. Please, Please, Please, teach these employees how to treat customers with respect and to offer solutions. No, we did not want to pay $69.99 for a prescription that will probably be $10 when the system issue is resolved, but we also did not my wife to go without the medication her Dr prescribed."
"This place is useless. Multiple occasions I’ve gone in to get various prescriptions- not only do they never have them but they will only begrudgingly help after prompting with thought provoking questions for a pharmacy like ‘where else can I pick up this prescription since you don’t have it’ or ‘will you have it in stock in future’"
"They didn’t have my prescription in stock. Now they still don’t have it today after they told me they would."
