"** TERRIBLE SERVICE, LAZY & Absolutely INCOMPETENT ** - I Called to check if the book I needed was in & staff girl on the phone said “Yes, 12 Books Came In.” I requested her to hold me a copy…. SHE WOULD NOT. … So I drove the 40 minutes (20 miles) from my house to the school bookstore to get the book…. …& Guess What?!?!? …. NO BOOKS!!! The staff girl was LAZY & NEVER even checked to see if the DARN PHYSICAL BOOK WAS THERE. She apparently mistakenly saw on the computer that the store had only “ordered” 12 books. WASTED 3 HOURS of my time & gas money & still got No Book. SO MAD & Never even got an Apology. - So the Books I needed for class were not in when the semester started, even after the professor telling the school bookstore to have enough copies. Now I am 3 classes behind as I wait for the book to be ordered. …Prices of books are also $10-$20 more expensive than online. - - I’d give ZERO STARS if I could."
