"I also love Dr. Massien and am in total disbelief that he has disappeared and UH is notifying all patients to find new primary care physician. What worries me is that no one in his office has heard from him since April 1st. His office hasn't been cleared out. Praying he is Okay as it doesn't seem like him to just leave without notice. Update, I found Dr Massien at Cleveland clinic Beachwood family health center. He is not yet on the schedule to be taking patients if you call for an appointment, however I have been told by a scheduler that he is on the schedule of roster as a new doctor at the Beachwood family health center. I plan to call over Monday and get an appointment on the books so I can see him the first week that he's working. I must tell you his previous office at UH is becoming a horrible experience as they are not following through sending over medications to the pharmacy or getting the pre-authorizations that are required by my insurance at least and I've had multiple conversations with the nursing staff left. I have emailed left messages just to simply get my medication called in so that I do not have a shortage before I could find a new doctor and it's been a ridiculous back and forth asking questions that should be in my chart.. I am so thrilled that I've been able to find him."
