"It is a rarity to go into a new doctor's office and feel as welcomed as we were. The office personnel made us feel extremely comfortable. Right at the front desk by each person is a small framed picture with a little bio of the person helping you. On the bio they include " dog mom" or " fur baby" and their dogs name. There is a display with each and everyone of their dogs. This may seem corny to some, but for us it made for an instant connection. We met with Dr. Matthew Smith. He was very personable and informative of my situation. He talked matter of factly, but not condescending. He made both my wife and myself very comfortable on the medical journey we are about to embark on. Bottom-line, I highly recommend this office and Dr. Smith."
