"I tried to make an appointment. This place must be bad because even while making the appointment they don’t give you a chance to explain they just automatically assume. If the psychiatrists at this office are anything like the appointment taker not listening and assuming and putting words in your mouth I would turn the other way if I were you. I definitely wouldn’t recommend as far as who I talked with on the phone. Thank you appointment lady on the phone for not listening and being so rude. You helped me dodge a clear mistake, had I made an appointment. 0 stars!!"

"I'm not sure why this office has so many low ratings, I've been coming here since the very end of January this year (2023) & have had an amazing experience. After going through 4 different therapists at all different offices prior and never being taken seriously about my consideration of medication I then ended up here and was paired with Chris McCourt as my psychiatrist and Devon Greer as my therapist. Both of these guys have changed my perspective on my mental health completely and have been extremely supportive. Chris continues to help me in ways I didn't realize would further my mental growth so much and Devon is so personable that he makes it easier to feel comfortable opening up. It seems like I got so blessed at this office with the combo I have of Chris & Devon. I understand that everyone's busy schedules are hard to manage, but I think that should be understandable because of the high demand of people they are working on helping, no matter how frustrating it is."

"This office is incredibly frustrating. On 1 hand, I never have an issue with our appointments with Dr. McCourt but our appointments with Devon Greer are messed up almost 1/2 the time. He told us ever week, same day, same time but many times we show up & are told we don't have an appointment. I leave work to take my child there. It's not easy getting him there. That's another issue. He tells us if we can't make, call in & he'll do a virtual appointment. No one checks the messages. Many times we have waited 30 min in the waiting room to find out he thought we were a no show even though we checked in & paid our copay. I'm not sure where the communication issue is. It just sucks that I finally found a therapist my kid will talk to but I can't seem to get this issue resolved. He promised last week it would be but once again this week, we show up & we're not on the schedule."

"First off the providers that they have are great! The office manager and billing are incredibly hard to deal with. My daughter goes here and I have countless issues with the billing. The office manager has thrown people under the bus and never seems to do Her job. I started going here and I paid my $65 co-pay and they asked for another $65 to cover the balance insurance paid. After questioning the office they said I should do no insurance that would make it $110. I am not medical, but that makes no sense to me."

"So far I've had a great experience with Florence Kimbo. Austin Smith is kind and caring, he takes my concerns into account to create a treatment plan with me, not just FOR me. The office staff have been kind and attentive and answer all of my questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this facility."
