"First thing I noticed when pulling into the parking lot were signs stating that they were not responsible for damage to the vehicle. That's such a bad tone right there. Upon entering I noticed the receptionist was not wearing a mask and the nurse practitioner was wearing a mask but had a phlegmy cough, and was coughing into her hands. At the time of my initial consultation via phone, I was told I would see a psychologist but upon arriving at the practice I learned that I was seeing a nurse practitioner and that Summit Psychological did not have any psychologist on staff."
