"Speech therapist evaluation did not include time frame or criterion based goals. It did not provide targets or sub-steps needed to reach long term goals. In addition, goals should have included functional communication, receptive and expressive targets, along with cv/ vc. and cvc words. Inappropriate use of SGD tool in goal was not functional in the way child plays or uses language. Goals did not include listening comprehension or functional routines based on patients everyday routines. Minimal thought into the function of therapy goals was given and were generic goals not focused on patients unique goals."

"The owner Callie is absolutely trash. She’s incompetent, and and unable to run a business professionally and adequately. I had the worst experience of my life here do not take your children here they will be endangered. And prepared to jump through the endless loops to be on a six month, waiting list to be kicked out this woman only cares about your money and not about helping children I’ve opened an investigation with her with the portage county board of disabilities and Ohio’s medical board"
