"I hesitated to be treated by such a massive organization. But from check in for my first visit, through knee replacement, onto physical therapy, I found staff listened to my questions and supported changes as needed. Quite a pleasant surprise that I healed quickly. Still a long road to strengthen muscles, but it takes time when you’ve been avoiding movement through COVID and in general due to pain. I’d recommend with no reservations."

"Trouble with scheduling, not consistent and no flexibility. You have a 15 minute window for being late. So, if it's 16 minutes and you arrive you're marked as a no show and denied a session. A 30 minute therapy session is not seen as effective. This is policy. Too, I find I'm often running late because of pain, or fatigue, or general forgetfulness since there are long periods between sessions or times vary considerably. I've also had appointments disappearing, appointments being rescheduled without my knowledge, and text message failures that I count on. I have other requirements in my life beside PT. Currently, there is a 12 day lapse in my PT schedule. I can feel my fatigue and pain increasing and muscle strength lessening. Currently, I've not had a PT session for 14 days. My pain medicines were not available since there was a mix up at the pharmacy. I called and cancelled. There were no appointments available the following week with any of the therapists. I'm just use to a different system having taken part in PT numerous times in my life. I do like the therapists though. Maybe I need to be a patient of the Crystal Clinic as well to be given consistency in scheduling."

My experience with my therapists Brian, Joyce, and Tracy was exceptional. They were knowledgeable, professional, yet personable. They set high, but reachable goals for me and consistently helped me reach them. They helped push me through the harder days and kept me encouraged when progress was a bit tougher. As I get ready to start back to school, I realize that I am able to do that because of my competent team of physical therapists. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy."
