"This is my first negative review ever on google, and I hold off to write this review for long time, I know I always rely on reviews before consulting someone, So I felt like I have to share my experience even though it was not the greatest one! I worked with Sally few years ago, I felt no connection, no sense of understanding from her, Seeing her did not help us at all (this was just my experience) may be yours will be better than mine. Good luck! As I said this happened few years back and I stopped myself From writing this review, But now I think like the help we needed from her if I would have got it at that time things might would have been better for us, Few weeks Later when I saw her I needed her help with something(which was related to therapy/services) so I text her and rather listening to my concern/problems she start telling me that I didn't pay her full amount or insurance didn't cover her fully!!!!! We got it all sorted out afterwards but the point was first I didn't get a good service, secondly when someone reaches out to you rather listening to them Never say oh yea glad you texted I need to get paid more, please listen because that person is approaching you with a HOPE! Please show people the care/concern because when they make a hard decision to come see you you are their hope! thanks"
