"I had a lot of hope for this place, I really did. The atmosphere is nice (not a fan of fluorescent lighting but it was high enough of a ceiling that it wasn’t bad) and maybe I just needed a different therapist. I wouldn’t go so far as saying LGBTQ-unfriendly, but certainly LGBTQ-uneducated. I really didn’t want to try to educate someone who should be experienced enough with different demographics to treat me. If you are cisgender and straight, you may find everything you need here! If you are not, just be diligent with your research."

My son has autism (Aspergers), and they have been helping him out tremendously. Brian Starcher is his counselor and has been helping my son using cognitive behavioral therapy. My daughter sees Whitney Britenbucher, who is a wonderful person who is helping my daughter deal with her emotions through creative ways such as through art expression. Whatever your needs are, this is a great environment with multi-faceted treatment. As there are many counselors that specialize in something different with many different treatment options. "I have chronic mental health issues. I take numerous medications and attend bi-weekly therapy sessions to manage my symptoms. Lora Hoffstetter has been my therapist for over 10 years. She is very involved in all facets of my care and regularly communicates with my other doctors. She works WITH me, not at me. She took me on as a patient when other therapists refused because of my Borderline Personality Disorder. I have never felt judged by her. She challenges me and it is not easy. I have put in a lot of work to manage my conditions and Lora has matched it 100%. The intake staff have always been professional and prompt. Other therapists say hello to me regularly. I've been to other places that made me feel like a sick person when I am in the waiting area. This place is not like that at all. I am focused on what I want to accomplish in a session.
