"Wow!! Isn't there a law saying places are suppose to be handicapped accessibility. I couldn't even get a wheelchair though without moving chairs and tables, and don't even try to use the bathroom its not accessible for handicapped. Bathroom wall all has nastiness all running down it. The place smelled like musty body odor. Gross! Gross! Gross!"

"Very disappointed. Referred here by neurologist. Came in after my initial testing 3 months later for follow up and the Dr had no idea why I was there. Then didn’t help me at all just talked about himself. Insurance company requested info and he put on the form “this is ridiculous, I’m not filling this out” and sent it back to them. The best part is they charged me an upcharge for filling that out. Because they sent that in my ins claim got denied. I had to get a lawyer. Lawyer reached out to them asking for info. They said they would send it but never did. The only recourse I have is to post this review so you don’t have to go through what I went through. Go somewhere else if you can."

"Front desk worker “Nancy” was rude over the phone and hung up on me after I was billed for not attending meetings I never even agreed to. She refused to give me her name and when I asked to speak to someone higher up on the matter she said “whatever”. Also put me on a 10 minute hold when I called back to figure out her name for my records. Would not recommend."
