"This is the worst counseling agency. The counselors have their own agenda and refuse to look at anything that doesn’t fit that even if it means ignoring the real issue. These counselors have assisted and enabled parental alienation, ignored my concerns about my children, refuse to communicate about treatment, and have made a difficult situation worse. Do not go here for counseling. In response to the owners comment, my review was written months after trying to resolve the issues by talking with people at the head office of this agency. I’m fairly certain I’ve already talked to the individual at the extension they gave me and will not be wasting my time by calling again. Anyone I’ve talked to about my concerns has ignored what I’ve said and justified the actions of the counselors. I was even directed to reach out to the CEO, and as with everyone else, he ignored what I said and told me in an email, “Our policies weren’t violated.” Due to this statement, my recommendation stands, any counseling agency that has policies in place that allow for one parent to be cut out of treatment for minor children while encouraging and assisting in parental alienation by the other parent should not be trying to help people."
