"I called into the line asking for help and advice during a panic attack due to my medication. Sarah( I believe her name was) Instead of saying she wasn’t able to offer advice, offering to just be there, or letting me hang up to cope on my own, it was heavily insinuated that I was going to hurt myself when I told them I wasn’t(multiple times) and I hung up feeling worse than when I called in. My psychiatrist is wonderful, but do NOT call this crisis hotline for help. Go elsewhere."
"Evidently because I'm a man I have to prove I'm the custodial parent to get him help. Not hard to do but I bet if I was a woman they wouldn't have even asked. I was warned about this place and I should have listened."
"I have crippling anxiety and tried to get medicine that I was prescribed before. Phsychiatrist told me she won't prescribe it to me under any circumstance because it's a controlled substance. Yet it says on their website that they do prescribe those kinds of meds. She wanted to prescribe me ssri meds, but I've already tried about all of them and they don't work for me. Also some of the ssri meds I've tried before made me have serious side effects. I'm not risking my well being anymore experimenting with new meds. I know what works for me and should be able to choose what I put in MY body. Not everyone is there to abuse meds. I needed that medicine more than she could ever understand."
"They never call for their scheduled telehealth appointment times, the turnover rate is high so there is no consistency for patients with longer-term needs, and the receptionists are never helpful, more infuriating than anything tbh. Healthcare should be easily accessible and make sense."
"Mark Delpra is great! I have been able to do all of my appointments over the phone. He really listens & makes appropriate medication changes as needed. I appreciate how he addresses my concerns and is very easy to talk to. I have crippling anxiety & he is the first counselor that has really helped me to address it."
