"My 17 year old cat is a problem child when it comes to getting his nails trimmed. His nails have gotten so bad that they’ve curled into the pads of his paws. It’s been so hard to find someone who’s willing to deal with him, since he can get awfully snippy. Elizabeth got us in the same day and was so accommodating. She allowed us to hold him while she trimmed the nails so he would be more relaxed. We appreciated how kind she was towards our boy and how efficient and gentle she was when clipping his nails. We will definitely be using her going forward!"
