"Don't just waste your time calling or going there unless you have some time to waste. Acted nice at first just to get a bit info so he can bill my insurance as if some work were actually done (but incomplete job instead). Always claim to be busy and never calls back as promised. And when you reach out, he cooks some story up so you don't be on the phone. But he never forgets or too busy to bill your insurance. Thank you for wasting my time and it was a wasted effort coming to you at first."

"Dr. was not in at my appt. time. I spoke with his intern who was caring and helpful. However, I was billed the next day instead of my insurance And the following day I received a bill for my next appointment which is in until five days from now. I didn't get a good feeling about this and I plan to cancel my next appointment"
