"After waiting on the phone for 50 minutes the person on the other end says when i scanned my insurance cards that the secondary one came out blurry and they could make out the billing numbers so instead of calling me to say that or get the numbers they just go and bill me for it what the hell. Most people would just not bother to look and pay it. Unreal"

"Lifestance is horrible. It's like budget psych care. I'm kicking myself for not looking into this place and doctor before going. Wasting my time and money. I saw Dr. Anthony Smartnick. Worst psychiatric "care" I've ever received. I was treated like a number and made to feel extraordinarily uncomfortable. Spent almost no time with me. Cuased me serious problems with drugs. He was sued by his previous employer (I did look it up cause others mentioned he was sued!) This is the cherry on top. Ugh"

"I see Dr Smartnick and Carolyn who are wonderful! Absolutely love them, which is why I gave 3 stars. I would give zero stars if I could for the treatment from one of the front desk girls who was very condescending and rude to me. I work in customer service as well and I would never talk to a client/patient the way she spoke to me. It was off putting to say the least. I hope this review will help improve the front desk etiquette, because people come here to better their lives and not wanting to leave feeling more stressed out."

"My providers are amazing. I had a not-so-pleasant experience with one but that was easily taken care of. There is genuine concern over my well-being from my providers and it’s evident during my appointments. I’m sure if the ability to message our providers directly through the portal wasn’t available, I would have to dock a star because they are very busy and I would hate to be on hold forever just to get my question answered or my needs met. I have to say the intake process is very very long (waiting on hold) but the care is excellent and well worth the wait!"
