When we went to pick him up, she said to be there before 10am. We were there at about 9:15, knocked on the door, and she proceeded to open her bedroom window and scream "I told you to call before you came. Do you people not read the rules?" She then came down, opened the shop and told us that we signed off on the rules and we didnt follow them. THEN SHE TOLD US THAT SHE DIDNT WANT OUR MONEY BECAUSE SHE DOESN'T NEED OUR BUSINESS. WHO SAYS THAT TO THEIR CUSTOMERS? This women is horrible. DO NOT TAKE THEM HERE."
