"This place is absolutely terrible! I’ve been going here for 4 years and have had 5 different prescribers. The latest one Stacy Holder is absolutely incompetent! And the guy they say in charge Bob I talk to him and a woman named Denise and they did nothing about how Stacy messed up my medication. I do not recommend this place! I would give it a 0 if I could. I can’t wait to fill out their survey so they can hear once again how they let me down"

"Closed my FIVE year case without notice because they stopped doing zoom and I said I’d call my primary care doctor to see if they could get me in via zoom for my refills. My PCP could not get me in for a month, so I called back to make an in-office appt with far west. (Which consists of sitting in a room talking to someone on a screen in a different city with poor video connection-which is why I wanted zoom). They closed my case immediately, and are making me go through the months-long process to reopen as if I’m a new patient. BEWARE- they change staff constantly, no one knows what’s going on, they never answer the phone or return calls, cancel appts last minute, and providers leave left and right because they’re so incompetent. Would rather suffer without meds than ever deal with these incompetent people again."

"I amazed at their irresponsibility with their patients. mental health in this country is awful. Have had three appointments cancelled in a row with no attempt by them to reschedule. everytime my son's prescription needs refilled they basically hold it hostage. he needs to be seen but they cancell every appointment we make. You put people on meds they cannot just stop taking and then leave them without. very frustrated with this place."

"I would give no stars if possible. Had an intake appointment, spent about an hour with Terese, who barely got my history. Had a regular session appointment with Terese the following week. She forgot she scheduled me along with two other patients. So my hour session was 15 minutes going over a treatment plan. How the hell you are creating a treatment plan for someone you hardly spoke with is beyond me. The following week I met with Dr D. Funk. We spent about an hour talking about my history and previous diagnoses. He completely changed my diagnoses and medication. Follow up appointment was scheduled for 8 weeks out. This was to give the new medication time to work. Had another follow up with Terese on 2/11. I called to reschedule on 2/5 and left a voicemail. Called again 2/12 left another voicemail - STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN A CALL BACK. Fast forward almost 4 weeks being on new meds, today is Thursday 2/25 and I have called Far West every single day this week, at least 3x a day asking for Dr. Funk to please call me. I am having a severe reaction to my medication. Literally, told the nurse I want to die, several times. I HAVE NOT GOTTEN ONE CALL BACK FROM THIS PLACE. Pump your patients full of meds then ignore them when they need real help. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME NOR MONEY ON THIS HORRIBLE FACILITY, THEY DO NOT VICE TWO SH*TS ABOUT YOU OR YOUR MENTAL WELL BEING."

"I suggest you run not walk away from this organisation!!!! I've been dealing with them now for a number of months and it's hard to even tell who's running what with them. They've been repeatedly canceling appointments and rescheduling. I've called the main number multiple times recently and nobody answers in the middle of the day sometimes for hours. Within my first year there my first therapist suddenly and abruptly left the institution with no explanation and then just weeks later my case manager did the same thing. And now they're constantly canceling and rescheduling my appointments. So I don't know who's at the helm there But after working in healthcare in a well-known hospital here in Cleveland for 26 years, I've never seen anything like it or anything more unprofessional."
