"An eclectic collective of female owned businesses and artisans located on Brown Street near the University of Dayton. If you’re looking for a piece of artwork or functional handmade items such as lotions, soaps, jewelry, ties, and stationery products, you’ll find them here! There are visiting artists with accompanying Saturday Soul Sessions where you can meet the artist and hear about their work. A variety of services are offered to focus on your well being. Reiki, bodywork, and readings can be found here as well as others. I am personally a huge fan of Kate and her waxing technique. Very gentle, and a really fine job! Drop in mosaic classes on Saturdays are a lot of fun for all ages. Expertly led by Jes, the technique is easy to learn and a great way to spend an afternoon. Be prepared to spend some time exploring all Tend and Flourish has to offer!"

"I went to Tend & Flourish for their grand opening in early October. The space has a great energy, & is very inviting. The retail store, as you walk in, has an eclectic mix of mostly handmade (possibly all?) items like skincare, cards, jewelry, unique art, a lot of great giftable items. If you walk up a short flight of stairs, there is a large open area (I believe it's available to rent), with mini rooms around the perimeter. Those all house interesting small businesses in them like textiles, body workers, facial care, & different types of artists. I love the collaborative nature of it all & look forward to attending more events there in the future. It's in a fun part of Dayton, near the college, that I had never been to before."
