"Was going to board my 3 dog dogs Thursday through Monday. Got back from my trip on Saturday well before 6pm. They were not open like they say on thier hours M-S 10am- 6pm. Told me I would still have to wait until and still pay full price. Or if I did pick up on sunday it would be full price plus an extra 25 dollats. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!"
