"My initial experience with KCC was wonderful, but my provider left the counseling center after only 4 sessions, and I was left without a therapist. KCC made no attempts to get me scheduled with a new therapist. It has been impossible for me to get back into therapy since my therapist has left. I scheduled an appointment and then when I went to join the session, it had disappeared. I can only assume they cancelled my appointment without notifying me. I got another appointment and waited 30 minutes for my provider to not show up! I REALLY need therapy and my care has been delayed way too long due to wasting my time with KCC."

"When I called for an appointment I was scheduled with Richard Walker because he took my insurance (I was told). That session was very good and I was pleased. Then I was called and told Mr Walker did not take my insurance and I was asked if I wanted to schedule with someone else. I wasn’t happy with that and I didn’t schedule more appointments. I would like to find someone but idk if I can be sure if my insurance coverage. When I look at UHC online I can only see KCC but no individual."
