"I wouldn't even rate this dentist at all, he was pulling my tooth because it had a hole in it. And I'm on blood thinners the bleeding still hasn't stopped and it's been over 24 hours and I have a huge knot going from my ear to where he pulled the tooth and they think this don't hurt and he yelled at my daughter when she was just talking to me told her to basically sit down and shut up I will be reporting this to the Boeard of dentistry. For one he don't know how to pull a tooth and has bad manners"
"Literally awful. There’s like 2 places that accept Medicaid. I have severe tooth pain. I have been calling for MONTHS sitting on hold for hours and hours and even putting myself on a callback list to try and get a dental appointment. Never get an answer, never get a call back. So, now my tooth pain is at an all time high. I’m in pain all the time. I have no option but to call off of work and lose income that I need to do Walk In and I sit in the waiting room in pain for going on FIVE HOURS!!!!! FIVE!!!!! I get appointments come first, but it would be nice if I could have gotten ahold of someone to get an appointment to begin with!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Editing to add, walk ins are HOPEFUL spots for if someone no shows or cancels according to the manager on staff. So if everyone shows and nobody cancels, you could sit there all day and be sent home which was NEVER disclosed to me and I think it should be from the start! They scheduled me from two weeks out and told me to get a PCP to prescribe me antibiotics and manage pain with tylenol. So 2 weeks more of pain and HOPEFULLY they can resolve my pain come 2 weeks from now."

"I usually avoid hospitals in fear of paying extreme fees, after being charged thousands for a non-treatment a couple of years ago. I came to this hospital hesitantly, after being miserably sick multiple times in 2 months and missing too much work. I went in, and there was a charge for around $100. I didn't love paying that much, but I did and made sure to ask at every opportunity if something would add an extra cost, so I could avoid it. I was told each time that there was no additional fee for any of the ways they examined me. When everything was done, I was only given guesses as to what was the problem. Possibly just a regular sickness, that would maybe go away soon and maybe not return a third time so soon. I left without any true help, but was at least reassured somewhat that it would go away on its own. Around a month later, I received a new bill in the mail. I tried to call as soon as I received it, wanting to get this sudden fee of double what I'd already paid for removed. I left a message, had no response until 3 days later, when I was asleep. I continued getting letters, talking about a third fee and possible collections accruing. It hasn't stopped. I received no actual treatment, and that cost me over $100 dollars. Despite making sure that was the final cost, and being told it was repeatedly, I was billed almost twice that amount, on top of what I'd already paid. Around $300 dollars; most of it I was lied to about, for no good reason. I wasn't given *anything* to fix my condition, and was given no answer as to what the problem was. And as stressful as this is, it's still only mildly as traumatic as my past experiences with hospitals. Don't go to a hospital if you live in America. Even if you need it; your life will only get worse for going. Excessive, sudden and immoral billing has only made me consider giving up entirely more than once. I still don't know how to fix this situation without putting myself in debt. I have other, actual bills to pay. I wish I hadn't trusted anyone."
"Pleasantly surprised by how clean the facility was, especially the restrooms. The staff were efficient, informative and kind. The login info required was online and easy plus, very little wait. They were so organized, efficient, and clean!! My specialist tech, Daisy was quick, clean, and thorough, constantly updating me on her next steps so I wasn't surprised. When she let Dr. Barth know I was ready, the doctor came immediately. They were wonderful!!"
