"Your experience will vary based on the effort you put into it. You must be your own advocate and put in an effort no matter how difficult that may seem. Show up on time, share how you're really feeling, do what your doctor recommends, and you should eventually start feeling better. The staff does want to help people, but a lot of people aren't really ready to be helped. I have had an overall positive experience. I had to try several drugs before I got the right one. Dr. Heintzelman is a good doctor and the nurses and staff are good too."
"They consistently have you waiting 30plus mins just to be seen but If ur going to be 15 or more mins late to ur appointment they make you reschedule..... So be prepared to spend half a day here just to be seen. Also it's ridiculous you have to see 4 or 5 different people just to get on medication even if you already have a therapist waiting weeks or months just to see one of those people."
"Doctor hazelman is the best Dr i have had for my Psyche meds. Hes the only one to get them right and i have been going to him for about 3 yrs. The nurse amy is great as well. I was there today and the dr and nurse help me with what i neede. I have nothing bad to say . Thanks for helping me"
"I'm giving this place five stars. I just started coming here a couple weeks ago. I was able to see a therapist and a doctor, and both of them are on the same page! Without time to even compare notes yet, which is quite promising. I am amazed. They took away one of my old diagnoses that was incorrect, and gave me the correct diagnosis! The office people are very nice. The nurses are nice. Someone has always answered the phone or called me back if I've left messages. They're very on top of things -- so far so good. I'm very hopeful that this will be my last stop. I'm not sure if this place has a revolving door or not, but with/from my experience most mental health facilities do. I'm just going to keep my fingers crossed. Like I said, so far so good. I really like Dr H and Marshall."
