"I have pretty bad social anxiety. For my first appointment I was asked if it was okay for a student to be observing my appointment. I said it was fine thinking it would only be once. Each time after that there was always one or two students observing and I wasn't asked if it was okay. I was put on a new antidepressant, but refills wouldn't show up at my pharmacy. I ended up running out. I would have to try to contact them typically three times per refill in order for it to go through, showing up at the pharmacy each time only to be told they didn't have anything for me. This was very difficult with my anxiety. Eventually I chose not to go back on the medication since I didn't want to risk going through going through withdrawal again. I tend to prefer my doctors to be more on the secular side. The minor decorations aren't an issue, but I didn't appreciate the assumption that the goal for my mental health journey was to have children."

"I would not recommend this place to anyone who has other options. I began driving 2 hours (one way) to an appointment that was cancelled by the office. I received no notification of this, and so it wasn’t until on the way there that learned of it, and only because I called ahead to let the office know I was gonna be a little late from some car troubles. Not only did this waste my time, gas, and money, but it also delayed my healthcare because y’all know how long it takes to get seen these days. My appointment was cancelled because I didn’t finish my paperwork 24hrs in advance. I was not made aware if this until the day before, despite the office saying they tried to. Upon requesting considerations of extraneous circumstance, the office was not willing to compromise. Given that the designated clientele has medical issues complicating the completion of administrative processes, I think the practices of this institution are abhorrent. Consider other options for your own healthcare if you can."
