"My dad had a stroke and desperately needed physical therapy. This company was assigned to my father. They never showed up when they were suppose to and when they did they were absolutely useless. Never communicated anything to my father or myself. Just quit coming....this was a nightmare. Had to hire a new PT company and start over. I would Never recommend this uncaring, unorganized, and pathetic company to any one....especially for a family member. EncompassCare absolutely does NOT care about you or your loved ones. You would be better off doing the work by yourself."
