"You can't get third shift phone operator to answer!! She must be getting paid to sleep there no reason I've called 12 times in a row and have gotten no answer. I'm trying to check on a loved one that's admitted and the phone operator not answering is making it impossible and it's absolutely ridiculous."

"Just the worse nurses and doctor ever. The one NP, Ryan, was great, along with the tech who took the CT Scans, Connie. The rest of the nurses, and the doctor I had to call the next day, Dr. Elrod, were all just awful. The doctor actually wanted to give me medication that I have a high intolerance to, Codeine I told him that it makes me sick. The original NP, Ryan, had prescribed something better for me, that I was not allergic to, which was Norco-/. Dr Elrod refused to honor NP Ryan's prescription. Even my pharmacist tried calling the doctor about it, but the nurses refused to let he talk to him. It's pretty sad when your pharmacist cares more about your health than the doctor and nurses do. I'm thinking they forgot their training. DO NO HARM. Dr. Elrod wanted to give me a medication he knew wield make me sick. Either way, I do not take this treatment lightly. If I ever have a need for ER again, I wont ever go back here. St. Rita's isn't too much further."

"Not impressed with quality of care in the cardiology dept. My father was there for a week. The hospitalist came on 2nd day, said he was ready for d/c, clearly he wasn't ready. One doc did a cath, but will be seeing another long term. No diagnoses except HTN were given, then read paperwork at home and there were at least 4 diagnosis. No education AT ALL on heart disease, CHF, A-Fib, heart healthy diet or any others at discharge. 1st f/u appt, the dr didnt even have a clue, was reading my dads chart as he came in and during visit. Did not mention heart monitor he was wearing or EKG that was done. I had called 3 times after f/u appt about lab results from a week prior and got answers 4 days after! My family is not impressed at all. Will definitely seek care elsewhere."

"Absolute WORST icu nurses on the planet. Watch your belongings, especially your cell phone. They will go through your belongings while you're unconscious, change your cellphone settings and try to take your personal belongings. I would advise going to a good veterinarian instead of Lima Memorial, especially if you have a life threatening emergency. We were lied to and the patient in question was abused, verbally, mentally, and physically. Avoid nurse Marcy at all costs. I'm not sure what her last name is but I'd bet it's Ratchet."
