"You have to find the right people and advocate for yourself. If you can’t advocate for yourself (I couldn’t for a while bc of my mental health) find a trusted family member, friend, or worker at the building who you believe will advocate for you and take the time needed to do these things that you need done for you. They did it for me."

"My appointment was scheduled for 12 p.m. and my name didn’t get called until 12:20 p.m. The female who checked my weight etc was rude. I was supposed to meet with Nathan and he came out to the waiting room to let me know that I would be meeting with a student instead and he would meet with me towards the end of my appointment. I was hesitant to say yes but I decided to be kind and let the student get some practice in. Michelle is her name and she was great (4 out of 5 stars). Nathan did walk in towards the end of my appointment and he chose to switch everything up (try to prescribe me a different “DRUG” (in his words) than Michelle had told me I would be trying.) He said “DRUG” so many times (but that was not the worst part of this experience). He was not professional and you could clearly tell that he was irritated (I don’t know why). I politely declined the new “DRUG” and I let him know that I would seek help at a different location. That did not sit well with him at all so he talked and talked and talked (I told him that I had somewhere else to be- I was already patient and genuinely kind by waiting 20 minutes past my appointment time to be seen). He completely ignored me so I stood up and walked out. Michelle followed behind me and asked if I’d like to try the first prescription that she told me about and I agreed to have it sent to the pharmacy. Guess what happened next. I went to my car and as I’m sitting inside sanitizing my hands- preparing to take off- guess who I saw standing at my window?? Nathan! “Nate”. I could not believe my eyes. He tapped on my window repeatedly after I had given him the hand gesture to go away. I was so embarrassed and paranoid because 1. I had just met this male for the very first time and 2. people were outside. I felt and still do feel beyond disrespected. I’m going to just stop this right here. I do not recommend Nathan. …The secretary/receptionist was very kind."
