"I had a miscommunication between the vet and my dogs shot records were not correct. I understand why they might have been hesitant about boarding my dog, I later called my vet and the vet said it was a mistake on their end. The way the staff treated me in front of my son was very disrespectful. I called to inform them of the mistake and was greeted with the same disrespect and hung up on. With a little bit more patience this whole situation could have been avoided. How this place got such good reviews, I dont know. But I would never trust them with my dog."
