"Normally I'd give this place 5 stars. But for this particular showing of James hoods mesamerica.... You can't treat it like a "movie" it's an emersive experience... You shouldn't allow food and drink in for this type of show it ruins the experience when some drunk is dropping his beer bottles on the floor. And allowing people to enter 20 min after the show has started is totally ridiculous. And that was the last couple you let in. 3 other couples showed up between 715 and 730. The 2022 James Hoods Show was much better people weren't disrespectful or disruptive during the show."

"Rude customer service. I called to get some information and was met with the tone of a woman who clearly had enough of the public for one day. The information I was seeking was relayed to me as if this woman had told 1000 people before the same information. Her tone was rude, short and before I could ask anything else I was hung up on."

While it was an interesting experience in the dome Theatre, the price tag did not seem worth the whole.
