"I came here 2 times for my pregnant fiancé and as just a father tagging along I can say I really appreciate all of the staff including receptionist, doctors, and students that were present! They did a great job explaining everything! This second time around we did wait but with patience and being nice they were so thankful for our patience! I hope the best for this location as they are leaving this location!"
"I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone! It was only caused me more stress during this pregnancy. I had to switch offices due to mine closing down I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby, due in 3 weeks and it’s to late to change offices but it’s not even like I come here since they have been sending me to other offices. Since I’ve started coming here, I have seen five different midwives and three different doctors and they have sent me to four different locations. They push midwives on me even though I said, I did not want to see a midwife I was having a C-section and needed to see a doctor and the receptionist was like well Did they tell you you need to see a doctor? I’m like no I want to see one. After finally getting in with the doctor to schedule my C-section, the office “lost my paperwork” when I told them it had been 6 weeks and no one has put me on the hospital books yet. I had my heart set on seeing that doctor through the rest of my pregnancy and I have not been able to get into see her. I was actually supposed to see her tomorrow, but they called at 4 PM today to cancel my 9 AM appointment for tomorrow and told me she’s no longer Available until I go in for my C-section."
"Horrible experience. I had to switch providers due to insurance or else I never would’ve come here…but This office was close to home so I figured I’d give them a try. Do not come here. It’s probably for the best that their office closes in December of this year. Not only do they never pick up the phone, but the two providers I did see were not at all attentive to me. My questions were dismissed and they never ordered the right lab work for me creating a lot of unnecessary stress. After two highly disappointing appointments, I’m transferring care elsewhere for the duration of my pregnancy."
"id go lower if i could.... DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE!!! They will NEVER answer theyre phone. and when you show up to talk in person you'll find the whole staff sitting back and chilling and scrolling on they're phones, while theres only one patient in the building. They sent my wife to a lab for bloodwork because she said she had itchy skin, stating it could be a serious problem where your liver attacks the baby. she shows up to the lab and they ask her if she fasted. she told them they never told her weather to fast or not. we tried calling them and the lines were "full". we went down the street to ask in person. clinic was dead no one was in the waiting room and doctors and front desk workers were scrolling on their phones YEAH THAT SOUNDS REAL BUSY. the lab tech taking her blood told us they dont know what they are doing and i agree and was baffled at how they acted. Now today i waited on the phone for an hour with summa because they wont pick up the phone AGAIN. The poor lady helping me on the phone had to get a manager involved to get a separate doctor to set up a separate appointment because she could not reach THE ENTIRE BUILDINGS STAFF. They forced my wife to set up an induction appointment and i have many concerns as i wasnt able to be at the appointment, and they cant give me the time of day to answer my questions when i have 72 hours until they force induce my baby. Im paying thousands of dollars and receiving the work ethic of a 16 year old burger flipper. This is absolutely asinine."
"Awesome midwives. We had great experiences with my first and second pregnancies. However, I called to make an appointment today and the receptionist was condescending and rude. I am 12 weeks pregnant and wanted to make my first appointment. She spoke to me as if I have been irresponsible for not seeing a doctor or physician yet and made comments as if I might not even be pregnant. The irony of her comments about needing to see a doctor as soon as possible? She couldn't find an open spot for me next week when I am available. I am thirty years old and, while I might not be a physician, I am educated and know how to take very good care of myself while pregnant. I have had two very healthy children without complications. It is my absolute right to decide when to seek medical care. I did not appreciate being spoken to as if I am foolish for thinking for myself and taking charge of my own body and my own child. My husband and I do not have time or money to go to numerous doctor visits. Insurance doesn't cover everything and I don't need someone confirming a pregnancy that I'm already aware of. I will eventually make an appointment with a midwife at this practice, but I will always be my own advocate for my health and the health of my children. I do not need a receptionist telling me when I should or should not seek medical attention."
