I have always appreciated the time the doctor takes with each visit to make sure I don't feel rushed or leave without having had every opportunity to discuss any concerns I might have. A few times I've needed follow up tests or observations and he always takes the time to explain actions, pros and cons and expectations. He has a calming demeanor and a good rapport when clarifying procedures"

"Dr. Grossman was my doctor for my recent pregnancy and delivery of my baby girl. I cannot say enough positive things about him. This was my first pregnancy and to say I was scared is an understatement! He always took the time to answer my many questions in appointments and was very prompt at calling me back if needed. He never talked down to me and really listened to my anxieties and concerns. Throughout my delivery and labor, he was attentive and made me feel comfortable through one of the most scariest days of my life! He called my hospital room when I was induced just to check on me, which I felt went above and beyond to just being there for the delivery. Post-partum he was just as wonderful and made sure I was recovering well without issues (mentally and physically). I don't think my experience over the past 9-12 months would have been as positive without him as my doctor."

"I used to have great experiences with Dr. Grossman. My last round of care with him was disappointing and I will not be returning to his practice. I feel that he is more interested in the OB side of his profession and not as intune to regular GYN concerns. I found this last experience with him to be condescending, inattentive, and had a tremendous lack of follow through. He referred to my problem as "more of annoyance" than a concern and that was enough for me. Thank you for the years of great care, but something has certainly changed in this practice. I had alot of ease with getting appointments. The doctor was pretty nice but dramatically misdiagnosed me. I'll be having surgery under another doctor's care at another practice in a couple weeks to correct my problem. What a frustrating waste of time and money."
