"I first saw Dr. McElroy when I experienced my first miscarriage. I have PCOS and was referred to her. Also, online it says she specializes in Amenorrhea (the absence of menstruation), which is what I have. When I came in for my appointment, she was very curt and the exam was speedy after waiting some time in the waiting room. A few months later I received another positive pregnancy test, but because I do not get a period, I had no idea how far along I was. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. McElroy because I needed to figure out how far along I am and also was concerned because of my PCOS. A few days before the appointment I confirmed my appointment on MyChart, filled out a survey and I believe I even checked in early online. Less than 24 hours before the appointment, her office called to reschedule my appointment because I was "too early." I explained multiple times, that I do not get a period so how would they know if I was too early. And in fact, I called a week ahead and talked to another front desk worker and explained the same, and the reason I was wanting to come in was to try and figure out how far along I was. I had to explain to the staff multiple times that I do not get a period and don't know how far along I am. It was mortifying. I agree with a previous review: "If your looking for a doctor that has a good bedside manor. She isn't the one. A good doctor but your just another number." Perhaps she is a nice person, but I gather she is overbooked and does not have time for her patients."

"My wife had a OBGYN visit. Like other reviews she was very short when you ask questions and the exam was speedy and abrasive. Painful with no warning. Showed little concern of feelings. If your looking for a doctor that has a good bedside manor. She isn't the one. A good doctor but your just another number."
