"My mother has devoted and recently suffered a major cardiac event. Once she was at the point to go to rehab, her Doctors put in an order for her to go to an Acute Care facility. The request was denied 3 times by Devoted's Dr's because they felt that she would be fine in a Skilled Nursing facility. It was really about cost and not what was best for the patient. The facility that she went to has severely neglected her and Devoted has been no help in getting the situation resolved. That decision has set my mothers recovery back and it will probably cost Devoted more than it would have if they would have honored her Dr's request. I have put in a request recently to move her and they said the review can take up to 14 days. That is unacceptable. I would think twice before choosing Devoted. Their are much better options out there."

"I been here now my 2nd year. It was very above average now its about the same on some and below on others. Dental and eye o npoint. But the OTC not good. My wife got great eye and dental and also monthly OTC . Devoted OTC drop from 140 3 months to 55 3 months so they raised the food to 55 from 25 that's only 20. Wife 100 OTC and 60 monthly food. You can't buy anything serious for 55 OTC Especially at CVS. And lastly they dropped the transportation this year."

"They called my mother and got her to switch her health care, now some of the essential things that she needs are not covered with this new plan. Do your research before you switch health insurance and if you can protect your elderly parents from switching do your best to do so"

"We had devoted health Care in 2023 and we were reviewing the benefits for 2024. 2024 looks like an even better year for benefits. We will be renewing our coverage."

"Very happy with this insurance. The only problem is that my husband does not like the daily phone calls he gets. I like the healthy food allowance benefit. They have paid for my semiannual doctor visits, my prescriptions. I did have a co-pay charge for a visit to the ER for pain down my leg, but it was reasonable. Benefits are increasing for 2024 with a larger amount for dental and food allowance. Every little bit helps when you’re trying to live on social security."
