"In this last visit, I was very disappointed with the place, since they did not mention before the entrance that the Turkish room was under repair, reason why the price should be more economical, plus they make the repairs with chemicals that smell and one as a customer is exposed since it is a place where clothes are not used. They should take into account all this before opening, and also that all the showers are working, if the services are not working at all it is better to close the place until it is fully repaired."

"I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Flex. I had my phone out in a common area and I put it away after being belittled and yelled at followed by being told by employee to“get the F off MY PROPERTY.” The employee's behavior was appalling – they treated me with disrespect, screamed at me, and refused to refund my money. It's unacceptable for employees to abuse their positions and act as though they're better than customers. I will not be returning, and I urge others to reconsider supporting a business with such toxic behavior."

"Tried to get a workout in but misplaced my license. Told guy at front desk and he rolls his eyes like a you know what and goes to manger who points at sign like I’m slow talking about how people change info on pictures of their license. Smh just take my money and let me work out. Never again tried giving it a shot even when reading the bad reviews now here I am leaving a bad review"

"Pool apparently has been sitting drained for 2 years. Which says a lot about the company that owns it. The showers have like 10 heads you can use- but only 2 of the ten actually work. The good thing is the staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room I got was clean."

"Visiting is always a great getaway and I can never get enough of that hot tub and outdoor pool! They've been rebuilding the past few years after a long period of bad management and you can tell the care that the new team is putting into returning it to glory. Send them some love and support!"
