"Went to see/hear "Highway 1 USA" opera at the Tudor Arms. Interesting opera held in the ballroom. Didn't see lobby or rooms, ballroom is of the 30s restored hotel. A classic. Ballroom with full orchestra and singers without mics made it nearly impossible to understand/hear/comprehend what was being sung."

"The rooms were clean. The beds and pillows were wonderful most comfortable bed I've ever slept on.Staff was friendly and helpful. Great breakfast bar. Service during breakfast was excellent and accommodating. They had a shuttle bus to take us to where we needed to go which was awesome. Very nice hotel"

"The staff is so kind and accommodating. The shuttle drivers are kind and compassionate. Rooms are clean. This is my second time staying here and will definitely stay again in the future should I need to return to Cleveland. My only concern was the dead bolt on my door would not latch."

"Nice size corner room with lots of windows. Good lobby coffee. Room not clean enough. A greasy rag used by housekeeping left the bathroom mirror foggy. The desk glass was similarly greasy. Bedroom sconces, dirty. No housekeeping service for the three days even after I was assured service. Trash cans overflowing. Staff will respond by apologizing but who cares—they will do nothing to remedy the problems as the countless other negative reviews demonstrate. C’mon Hilton. You can do better."

"The attendants up front were the best. Unfortunately however both the kitchen staff and waiter downstairs were not. They were rude and took forever. The food to call it average would be an overstatement. The rooms were very dirty, not swept and filled with everything from stains, toenails, and even what looked to be old blood. For what should've been a historical stay...outdated, low quality, and overpriced was more like it. Do NOT stay here. Pay the extra money or go further in to the city.
