"I got the king bedroom. The room was decent a little outdated, but it wasn't bad. I did notice a stained towel in the bathroom, but I got it replaced. They do have breakfast and a small pool. Customer service was good."

"The customer service here is night and day, literally. Josh who checked us in was fantastic! Very kind and professional. Later in the evening I went down to the vending machine to grab a soda. The machine ate my money. I went to the front desk and a different gentleman said, yeah that one doesn't work, like it was my problem. Mind you, there is no OUT OF ORDER SIGN. With no offer to refund, he suggested there was a cooler behind the desk where I could purchase one. All I had was a debit card at this point, where I would be charged a 1.00. He swiped it and said it didn't work, which was apparently my problem again. However, if I came back down within a half hour with the dollar, I could take the soda with me. Bro. I just got done driving for 15 hours and want to relax. I'm running around for a dollar after YOUR machine ate my money?! It was pretty ridiculous. Besides that ridiculous episode, rooms are clean and atmosphere was quiet. Just don't use the vending machines or expect good customer service unless Josh is working."

"I slept OK but the room was not the cleanest, and there were multiple signs of cost cutting. First being just one bar of soap which we had to use for our hands and shower. Then, the breakfast which had over-ripened fruit, non-refrigerated yogurt (they were in a refrigerator but felt room temp, like the fridge was not on), and I heard a customer complaining that all the coffee carafes were cold. Those carafes keep liquids warm for a long time so who knows how long that was sitting! Overall not a great experience. And the room price was far too expensive for the experience. Best price I could find online was $158… a little steep for miserly management. Oh, I forgot to mention the intensely sticky floor of the elevator. Our shoes were literally sticking to the floor."

"Listen to the bad reviews. There are bedbugs in Room 205 and possibly others. We booked a block of rooms for our wedding weekend and one of my guests found bedbugs at 2am on day two of staying here. They alerted the front desk and asked for a different room and were told that there was no vacancy. I cannot confirm that no other rooms were available and understand that the front desk staff can only do so much, but having any amount of bedbugs is unacceptable. We were told we would need to contact the manager on Monday as they were not available on the weekends. I greatly appreciate the front desk staff for helping us as much as they could. The manager was a bit difficult about the situation, even when confronted with pictures of the infested room. We spent our first day being married dealing at a laundromat to wash our stuff we had at the hotel so we didn't bring it home with us. A refund was offered for one room but that hardly covered the things we had to replace that couldn't be washed (luggage and clothing with special washing instructions). I understand that this issue is beyond the control of the hotel but management didn't seem to be very concerned when it was brought to their attention. Again, I thank the front desk staff for their patience with the issue, but you are much better off staying elsewhere to see Cuyahoga Valley."

"Don't listen to the bad reviews, a lot of people come here expecting a Hilton Resort for motel pricing. The AC works, the rooms are clean, and the beds are fairly comfortable. Breakfast was standard but was on time and actually had real yogurt. Coffee machine, microwave and fridge in the room. One outlet didn't work but there were plenty of others that do."
