The Gloria Theatre

"Being from Urbana, I was thrilled to see the improvements made to this historic building when my mother invited me to see Six Appeal live with her, and later on the Jersey Tenors and Brass Transit. The staff and volunteers put a lot of their hearts and souls into making these shows possible, and the influx of unique performances into my hometown is breathtaking to behold. I will proudly be one of Gloria's supporters for years to come!"

"The theatre has undergone a lot of renovations and it's obvious that a lot of care has been taken in preserving the history while updating. The seats are new, with lots of leg room and cup holders. There are 3 tables at the back for handicapped patrons. Popcorn is delicious, sound and picture were high quality, bathrooms are brand new. Highly recommended!"
