"Dr Crawford is outstanding. Ive never been so comfortable going to the gyno! I’ve had nothing but great experiences for years until today….I called and spoke to a nurse today about a rx I was prescribed by Dr. Crawford and was met with nothing but hostility and rudeness. I was interrupted multiple times and basically blamed for their or pharmacy’s error. The woman I spoke to was accusatory and I couldn’t even get a word in. I am so disappointed because I thought I had found an office that I would be a patient of forever but after today and the conversation I had on the phone I’m not so sure that I want to be treated like that again. The nurse I spoke to should be trained a little different on patient communication and “bedside manner”."
