"Dr Dale himself, his NP, and nurse who did the ultra sounds were very nice and I would give them 5 stars if not for his front desk staff. We are still fighting with them a year later to get them to send a prior authorization to our insurance company for a lab costing almost $1000. I have given them the phone/fax numbers multiple times for the Authorization department and they refuse to send it over. Both Compunet and the Insurance company say they just need to send the forms/info over. Just had my insurance company do a conference call with me to call them and request the information be sent again. The person at Dr Dale's office refused to give her name to the Prior Auth department, was extremely rude, even when given all my wife's info, claim number, test information ect kept saying "well this is over a year ago I can't do anything." All the while the insurance rep is telling her to just send the info so they can process it. Told myself and the rep she didn't need to call the Prior Auth department to see what info they needed and that she would just send the office notes. After refusing to give the Rep her name two times she hung up on us and when the insurance Rep tried to call back his office declined the call and hung up on the second ring. Funny thing is I'm a nurse and have a Utilization Review and Prior Authorization certification and could do it for them."

"I cannot recommend “Dr. Dale” as he calls himself. He became very angry and upset with me when I refused Fosamax at age 48 for osteopenia. I switched doctors immediately to someone who was willing to pursue other treatments. I am healthy and much happier."

He is never in a hurry during visits, takes time to answer any questions/address concerns, teaches and utilizes the latest research based interventions, and most importantly leaves you feeling comfortable and heard. He’s not only a great doctor, he’s an amazing person. And his office staff feel like family. Very thankful for this practice and these people."
