"I can’t speak to the OBstetrics portion of the practice, as my situation was regarding GYNecology. I needed surgery and had done extensive research as well as heard another doctors opinion on what I should do. Morales was essentially a 2nd opinion. While his bedside manner was just ok, there were issues that made me ultimately not chose him as my surgeon. Briefly: 1. Dismissiveness with a smile. 2. Not completely medically factual. 3. Unable to think outside the box, and provide patient with multiple options. 4. Financial tunnel vision. 5. (Staff) lacked patient financial privacy. 6. Utter disregard for patients input on their body. 7. Lab results weren’t timely. And had to be asked for by myself and finally by my insurance. The stars I gave were for the surgery scheduler, who was pleasant throughout, and the two older ladies at the checkout window. Overall, his staff isn’t that bad. They basically do what they’re told. So I can’t fully blame the ones who seem burnt out."

"I am very disappointed in this practice. I missed ONE payment in 5 years, due to some personal hardship that I had expressed and communicated with them about. I warned them I wasn’t able to pay it right away. I finally called them to schedule an appointment.. I was in tears, I told them I was severely depressed because of the IUD that Dr.Morales put in and he is the one who has prescribed me zoloft for my depression. SEVERE depression. They were very short with me over the phone and told me I could never see morales again. I could never come to the practice again. He’s delivered both of my children and I’ve never missed a payment before. I see now that my physical and mental health are not a priority and they’ve left me with an extreme mental load to deal with on my own. I’m so sad, I loved morales. LOVED him. My feelings are so hurt. People make mistakes you know? Life happens. I never meant to take advantage of the practice. I am so so disappointed in how this was handled. And I hope that the next doctor/practice I find has a little bit more compassion."

"Dr. Morales is the best OB I’ve ever had. He is very kind and knowledgeable. He is very compassionate. He listens to you and answers all of your questions. He has a sense of humor which I love. He never seems rushed. He has been working with me on my fertility issues for about a year now and like I said, he is the best OB I’ve ever had."

"Truly the best OB-and honestly doctor- that I’ve ever seen. I had an extremely rough last trimester of pregnancy due to severe preeclampsia and doctor Morales took excellent care of me, and assured me every step of the way. I credit him with saving mine, and my sons, lives. My delivery was a breeze thanks to him! He is so nice, funny, knowledgeable and personable."

"Dr.Morales is so kind and really listens to you and gives you great medical advice, he knows what he is doing and helps to make an unenjoyable experience so much better, he also has a sense of humor! The staff is extremely nice as well!!! I had a terrible experience with a different obgyn who made me feel lower than a person but Dr. Morales treats you with so much compassion and truly cares for his patients, you can tell! The nurse I had went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable as well! She is so incredibly kind and sweet!! Thanks to them I feel like I’m in good hands here!"
