"I was rushed every appointment. She refused to prescribe me birth control because my “blood pressure was to high” even though it was fine. I switched doctors and was prescribed birth control on the first appointment. The new doctor did not understand why I was taken off of the birth control. I have PCOS and the birth control helps control the my symptoms. This doctor also deletes her bad reviews. My previous review is not listed."

"I was rushed every appointment I had. She refused to treat my infections because they were “not a obgyn issue” even though every doctor told me to go to the obgyn. I switched to Dr. Dorsey and he treated a severe UTI that was left untreated. Worst doctor ever. I do not recommend. All she can do is deliver babies and from what the reviews say she isn’t the best at that either."

"Would not recommend. I was rushed throughout the entire visit. I have now been hit with a huge bill even though I did pay in full the day of my visit. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of their billing department, nothing. I have also left several messages for their office manager & never have received a call back. Super unprofessional."

"I love Dr. Pachanio. She’s an amazing doctor. The reason for my one star review, & also the reason I will be seeking a new practice, is her staff. Specifically the billing department, & her office manager, Cheryl. I have been reaching out to Cheryl & the billing department since the middle of November, it is now the middle of December and I have not heard one word back. It says they read my messages on the My Chart app, & again, I have left a handful of messages personally. This is all over a discrepancy in a bill vs an EOB I received. Not a huge deal, but I did want to talk with someone about it. I am also in a position of management in an office setting, & if the doctor I work for ever found out that I wasn’t returning patients phone calls, I would be fired. I’m not sure how this office operates, but shame on them, especially Cheryl. I understand life / work can be busy. But I have made multiple attempts throughout the last month to speak with someone. Dr. Pachiano, I love you, but I would really recommend finding a new office manager who is more competent and their job. Respectfully, A highly disappointed patient"

"I have never seen Dr. Pachiano, but I have been seeing Dr. Dorsey for 13 years. He is an amazing doctor, he does take care to make the test/procedures as fast as possible, and make you feel comfortable while doing so. After the unpleasant tests have been taken care of, he takes his times answering questions, and answers them in ways that he makes sure you understand. He has never made me feel uncomfortable, or feel that i was 'just another patient' I have many medical issues, and he's always been straight forward, compassionate, clear, and thorough. I wouldn't change doctors if you paid me!"
