"The doctor we saw came in brusque and rushed and was not very nice. He checked me and gave me medicine, but would not even entertain giving me a doctor's note past one day. I has a sinus infection and needed it to be longer. So, we need back on Sunday and they were booked til close. The receptionist was not very friendly. So. We wound up going to Premier Health, getting on the wait list and coming back to be seen. The Assistant we saw was very personable and friendly at Premier. He listened to why I needed another doctor's note and gave me one which gave me time to recover. I'll be using Premier in the future. I gave 2 stars not 1 to Kettering, because the nonpersonable doctor there gave me a 10 day antibiotic."

"I was treated for a sinus infection. I was greeted by the receptionist and was quickly taken back to see the doctor they addressed my issues and prescribed the right medication thats made me feel 100% better in a few days. Thanks for taking good care of me Kettering."

The person at check-in was fantastic, very kind, very warm, and made you feel like you were being taken care of. I was seen very quickly when I got back to the room, in fact, I didn't have to wait long in the waiting area either. The nurse was very friendly and nice. I feel the treatment the doctor gave was very fair and helpful to my problem."

"Everyone there from the front desk person, to the nurse taking vitals, to the doctor were all amazingly cordial even though it was after noon, lunch time for them, and they were still working. They still took me in even though the room was full of people. I was amazed at their patience and kindness! They got me in listened to my symptoms and sent me out with antibiotics and cough meds. They were professional, kind and totally amazing. If I could give them 6 or 10 stars I would."
