"Hotel room smelt so dirty. I asked about pets as I have allergies they assure me no pets have been in the room in a month or better. Which means the cleaners did not clean well. As I woke up sick as can be. There were no shampoo or soap( gel) in the dispenses they kwere empty. The staff was very unsure about everything. Manual was very rude and disrespectful toward me. I would advise you to stay somewhere else for sure. Breakfast was a joke not up to the standards of a Hilton. I complained early AM no one called me back. I had to call them back and was treated so bad by Manual rating his voice at me. I will be calling corporate about him. So disappointed in everything there."

"During my second visit to this establishment, I chose to return primarily based on its convenient location. However, it is with regret that I note the cleanliness of my accommodations during both stays did not meet the standards I have come to expect from other Home2Suites locations I frequent. On this particular occasion, I observed noticeable stains on the toilet indicative of inadequate cleaning. Fatigued from my journey and having already completed the unloading of my vehicle, I regrettably refrained from immediate reporting. Nonetheless, it is essential to express my disappointment with the recurring subpar cleanliness, particularly in the shower areas. Regrettably, I must convey that my future patronage is unlikely unless there is a discernible improvement in the maintenance and cleanliness standards, as such lapses are, in my opinion, unacceptable for an establishment of this nature."

"Fire station across the street. Be prepared for lots of lights and sirens all night long. Avoid rooms on the NE corner of the building on Wednesday nights, garbage pick up will get you up nice and early at 5:30 am. Breakfast is ok, gym is decent."

"Staff is very unprofessional. Maintenance man was drunk and trying to get me to show him the way to my room to fix our tv. With his drunken demeanor I did not feel safe showing him to our room. I waited downstairs and my husband let him into our room to fix the tv. Breakfast options were limited and took awhile for food to refill. They told us they had sandwiches but no sandwiches while we were down at breakfast. Toaster cord also melted so couldn’t even toast bread. I asked manager if we could check out earlier without being penalized so we could check into a new hotel. He said he would take care of our room for the second night. We are several days out and have yet to receive a refund, the customer line cannot seem to get in contact with the hotel, and have given me two different refund amounts at this point and are saying I have to wait 30 days for a check to be mailed. We have only used Hilton for several years, but after this experience we will never use Hilton Hotels again. Save yourself the hassle and pick a different hotel than this location!"

"The hotel staff were very unprofessional, and rude. When I checked into the hotel room, I noticed that my bathroom door was broken and off of the hinges which is a safety hazard. I immediately let the front desk know, and they promised to fix it that day. The door was not fixed for 3 days, even after repeatedly asking for it to be done. My room received a phone call at 6:30 am which was a very rude wake up call, in which they promised to fix the bathroom door that day, and it was still not fixed. I asked for the room the be cleaned more than just every 5th day several times and that was also not done. Instead of cleaning the room, I got transferred to another room, which then had stained bedsheets, and a broken toilet seat. After the room change, the room had been cleaned the following day, but then housekeeping randomly walked into my room by letting herself in without notice or announcing who it was which was very disrespectful. The staff said that they would let their manager know of the issues that I was having, and then after speaking to the manager, he did barely anything to compensate for what I had experienced at the hotel. The hotel was very unprofessional, and unclean, which then caused me to have to move hotels completely. This stay was very disappointing, and rude the entire time."
