"It's clean. Friendly people work there. The Hispanic lady working in the breakfast area does a great job keeping it clean. The price is right and the place is not run down like some reviews on here. I will definitely stay here again."

"Don't trust staff to correctly charge your card or check you in. The hotel staff checked us in under someone else and charged us incidental for someone else. They then charged it a second time for same incidental therefore taking double out of my account. The employee called her supervisor, Marie, who had no concern and failed to help with anything. We have stayed at many choice hotels and have never had any issues. I am very disappointed in this location and moreso the staff/management that give no effort to resolve the situation at all. Not to mention that when contacting the supervisor, the staff member and manager were unprofessional enough to put the whole call on speaker phone. We have been a loyal choice member so the lack of responsibility taken by the hotel to assist in resolving an issue and take accountability for a mistake made by them is appalling and I will not be staying at this location again. Choice hotels this location really makes me question the commitment to your customers."

"We had booked this hotel for the evening and actually ended up leaving a few hours later. When we got in the room, the air was heavy and musty. We thought it was because the A/C hadn’t been running. We made sure that it was on, then left 40 mins later to go eat dinner. Two hours later we returned and the air and temperature of the room was still the same. We proceeded to look at the A/C and noticed black-looking mold. My sister also has respiratory problems and started feeling sick after being there for longer than she had been earlier (she had used the laundry services before we left for dinner and wasn’t in the room beforehand). I proceeded to call the front desk using the in-room phone and there was no directory to call the front desk. I used my personal phone to call and let them know the situation. They stated they would be up to the room to clean the A/C unit and check the situation. We waited for 20 minutes, but didn’t get a knock at the door. We decided the situation wasn’t safe, especially for my sister and my two children. We packed up and I went to the front desk. They completely understood the situation and returned our room charge. We are currently staying at another hotel for the night and I can definitely tell you that the air change is comparatively drastic. Overall, the staff at Country Inn is amicable and hospitable, however, based off of reviews I have now read for this location, I do believe there is a serious mold problem with this hotel. I hope they are able to resolve it because Country Inn is a great hotel to stay at and I would like to give them another chance."

"I went off the reviews and I shouldn’t have. The pictures on the website are out dated. The rooms are of poor quality along with Poor housekeeping. As I entered the room the safety latch was broken. Big red stains on the carpet. Curtains had black stuff on them. Bathroom shower floor filthy as well. The chair at the desk nasty as ever. Went and explain to the front desk. The young lady on midnights help me. But each room was getting worse. She finally found me a descent room. But once again the chair at the desk nasty as well. Couldn’t close the bathroom door as it had warped wood. All those black desk chairs in each room needs to be in the trash. I took so many pictures it was insane. I’ve never had this experience with a hotel. Two of the employees were so high it was crazy. I explain to the desk clerk upon my arrival when checking in and going over my information. That some of my information was incorrect. She said that’s ok your card went through ( as she sweating uncontrollably). Shaking my head in disbelief. The lady at the front desk on midnights was wonderful. I wish I had her name because she was truly the best. She Apologies for the previous clerks and the Uncleanliness of the room. She also Updated my information as well. Truly dissatisfied with the hotel experience. Will not return."

"So, I trusted the reviews on the company's website, which I should not have done. I cannot leave a review on the website of my stay so the ones on there were likely by invitation only. With that said, the location of this hotel is great. You can practically see the airport, but there is no disruptive noise. The amenities are good for the price. I cannot even complain about the service. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was mediocre, but it's tough to judge that as it changes from day to day. After we got home, however, we realized the room had bugs. We are thinking bed bugs. The room was tidy but obviously not clean. I won't stay here again and sadly will be more skeptical of the whole brand moving forward."
