"On December 1, my apartment experienced a significant water leak. Upon my arrival from work, I was informed that the leak location was at the main water line just before the main shut-off of my apartment. Since then, management has entered my apartment on at least three occasions without reasonable notice, as required by KRS 383.615. On one occasion, management entered without notice to retrieve two of the three fans loaned to me to attempt to dry the carpets the weekend after the leak. On another occasion, management entered again without notice to repair the drywall, and it finally occurred this week to retrieve a dehumidifier. None of these incidents would be described as an emergency situation. On friday December 16th, I was accused by management of leaving a washer on the breezeway and that if i did not remove it they would be fining me. After some digging around it was discovered that maintenance knew who it belonged to and that management failed to ask them and aribitarly with little to no proof decided it was my problem. When I arrived home last night, I was notified that my apartment was unclean and that management would conduct a walk-through to ensure cleanliness. I have not received any assistance cleaning them from the damage caused by the leak and was told to claim my renter's insurance. Further, there have been no attempts to contact me to schedule a reasonable and accommodating time to repair my carpet from the damage caused by both the water and the contractor who came in to set up the floor and peel some of the carpet back. It has also taken me several days to dry my clothes with a brand-new dryer as the dryer lines for my apartment are clogged and have not been cleaned to the point where dryer lint or fuzz is clogging the outside vent on the side of the apartment. It is also known by management that I am currently going through a divorce, and my Ex-Wife is still in the process of going through her property and taking it out of the apartment. This place does not care about its residents, no of the applianies have been updated in the past 9 years. They have had multiple other water leaks in the apartments and it took them months to fix some of the damage and didn't even offer or help those residents find a place even when they had mold growing. They are simply here to make money. I can tell you with out a doubt that I will be leaving this complex ASAP."

"This is just the latest and greatest from this place. I rarely call the office for maintenance after living here since February 2018. Wednesday my AC unit wasn’t working so I called left a message for the office as well as another call for maintenance. A total of four calls were made and I was told it wasn’t AC season and that they were not going to fix it because it is their policy. No where in my lease is that stated. When do they get to dictate my comfort level? We pay our rent on time every month and it is not cheap! I really could go on about so many things! Please read the reviews before choosing this place. You can’t schedule maintenance No packages are allowed to be left in the office for you to pick up Cracks in walls from foundation issues Stink bugs come in everywhere Dumpster is broken frequently with piled up trash Just a few things from my personal experience and observation"

"Lived here for 5 yrs n 2 months with my 60 day notice. (Pictures will explain all) If u want mice to chew up your pipes causing water damage n mold, and your rent to raise up $310/ yr then this is the place for you. When they did respond to mold due to mice chewing thru pipes, they'd just come bleach the wall instead of fixing underlying issues til pipes finally got out of hand. Then they wanna charge $1300 after my 60 day notice for mold due to their mice n pipe issues. Doesn't matter that u live their for over 5 yrs n leave a clean carpet, they still gonna charge u bc there's a ripple in the carpet bc their carpet people don't know how to kick carpet properly. Left the apartment immaculant otherwise as seen in pics n video. The staff when I moved in was understandable and on it! The staff when I moved out was a lazy, cold hearted, n basically nonexistent."
